Inspector Amar is an honest and diligent police inspector. His investigations have proved that Brijbhan is involved in criminal activities, as well as terrorism, and has the full co-operation of some employees in the police department, as well as the Indian army. He has also to bring two gang-leaders, Karim Lala, and Hariharan, to stop their gang rivalry. To this extent he is successful in convincing both to stop criminal activities, and join forces with him to bring Brijbhan to justice. British intelligence has always tried to divide the country of India into Hindustani and Pakistani using a dacoit named Goga who will do anything in his power to carry out this deadly task but is unsuccessful since a scuffle enfolds between a brave and honest police officer, Amar and Goga. Which ends up leaving Goga dead leaving an only son, Brijbhan to average his death. Brijbhan decides to continue his father's work with the help of General and a corrupt cop, inspector Lotaram. In pursuit of there death warrant is inspector Amar, who also has to unite two warring gang leaders, Karim Lala and Hariharan, there fight is a result of there different religion backgrounds. However to this extent, Amar is successful in uniting both gang leaders and convinces them to join hands with him in his fight against corruption and terrorism.
